In the past i have had guests experience trouble completing my form. I believe it is because they are not using a desktop device. Recently I cleaned up the form and shorted it in hopes this would help during usage.
If it is not mobile device friendly. How do I make it so?

Hi Mary,
You can make your form mobile responsive by following the steps on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/322-How-to-make-mobile-friendly-forms-on-JotForm.
You can enable the "Make this form responsive" option in the Form Designer Tool. Or you can add the Mobile Responsive widget on your form.
