Hello ipbr21054,
Upon checking your form #70671537117355, I found that it is already deleted so couldn't test it. I did check the second form you have in your account with name "NEW CONTACT FORM 70671537117355" and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and you should only receive one submission email.
I sent a test submissions in your form and as per our email logs, only one submission email was sent. Can you please check your email inbox and see if you still receive two submission emails?
We will wait for your response.
Thank you!

Hello ipbr21054,
Please note that you have added one notification email alert and one form-autoresponder email alert in your form. Since you have configured theremotedr@gmail.com as recipient email address in email alert and the same email address you use to submit form, that is the reason why your receiving two submission emails. One as form notification asn another as form-autoresponder email.
Hope this answers your query.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.
Thank you!

Hello ipbr21054,
If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to receive one submission email after the form is submitted and then send another email to the user who submitted your form. Is that correct?
If this is what you want to achieve, you have set your form correctly. If your users submit your form with their own email address, you will receive one submission email and another one will be sent to the user who submitted form.
If you do not want to send submission email to the user who submitted your form, you need to delete the form auto-responder email alter from your form. Please check the screenshot below on how to delete form auto-responder email alert:
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.
Thank you!

Hello ipbr21054,
You are welcome. I am glad to know that your issue is resolved.
Please note that deleting form auto-responder email alert will cause submission email to be not sent to the user who submitted form.
Thank you!
