The account is autosuspended because your form is requesting password - Senha - in plain text fields.
Please be advised that collecting this type of data in plain text fields will violate our Terms of use, as this is only allowed through encryption along database administration; and our forms do not provide this type of method.
We have removed the guilty fields on this form and reactivate the account. You must refrain from doing a new form like that to prevent a potential suspension of your account.

obrigado ..estava pedindo senha para um serviço que vendo de assinatura digital aonde o cliente colocaria a senha desejada ok,...
