I see you've got a few questions concerning the security of your square account when integrated.
We only obtain enough information from your account to connect us to your square account for point of sale processing using Square's Connect API which gives limited access for sending collected form details into their payment gateway. This means that nobody else except you unless you gave access to them.
Additionally, if you log into your square account after integrating it will tell you more about this but you can always revoke it at any time if you wish, however, that would break the integration and it would no longer work until you reconnect it.
