I have emailed and emailed and posted on forums and am not getting any help.
I'm desperate. I have upgraded my forms and it still tells me I'm almost out of storage space I need to upgrade.
I cannot tell what is going on please have someone reach back out to me asap
Yesterday I sent in a screen shot but still haven't heard back.

I have just reactivated your account. As per checking, you have been suspended because of the credit card fields in your form. I see that you have removed those. Please refrain from adding the fields again. Thank you for your kind understanding.
