What is the form where the Google Spreadsheet integration stopped working? Please try removing the integration, and integrating back again. Let us know if you need more help.

It simply doesn't add new lines when users submit. It is added to the submissions list, but not to the Google sheets.
I tryed removing the integration and re-adding it. It created a new sheet with all existing submissions, but still, new submissions are not added.

So, you have already tried removing and integrating back again, and still new submissions are not forwarded to the spreadsheet, then please let us know what the form is, so we can forward this to our back-end team.

Hello splintor,
I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I have manually tried to push submissions to your integrated google spreadsheet from backend. Can you please check your google spreadsheet and see if the missing submissions are added there?
Did you make any changes in the header column of your integrated google spreadsheet? Please note that editing column header will cause the integrated to break. I would suggest you to please re-integrate your form again with google spreadsheet and see if that solves your problem.
Thank you!

Well, the problem happened again last night. For about 12 hours, new submissions were not updates in our Google sheet, and then, at 11AM, they started to be added again.
Can you check?

What can I do now? How do I add the missing lines to the sheet? -

The issue should be resolved now and it was related to Amazon S3 outage, which not only affected us, but lots of others online services.
The issue has been resolved.
To add the missing data, please try reintegrating the google sheet again.
Let us know if you still face any issue.
