Hi...I used one of your templates and it's all good except for the image I used. It looks great on my laptop but it doesn't size down on my phone. I thought the form was mobile responsive...
The form I'm working on is:

Thanks for your help!

Hello Maria,
Please go to the Advanced Form designer by clicking the paint roller icon on the right
Scroll down and click the Advanced Designer
And tick the Make this form Mobile Responsive checkbox.
Once done, just save your settings and let us know if the problem persists.
Thanks.

thebunkroomReplied on February 23, 2017 at 10:46 AMHi…Thank you for your response. I found the area to make the changes but when I got in there it looked like the whole background color changed to a dark gray without me doing anything. I was afraid to save because I didn’t want to have to go in fix it… Or maybe it just looks like that in the editor and in preview mode it goes back to what it was?
Let me know!
Thanks!
Maria

thebunkroomReplied on February 23, 2017 at 10:46 AMHi…I tried it and I was correct…the colors changed. Wondering if it’s going back to original template settings as I did change the background colors from the original. Be that as it may, even when I set it to responsive, saved it, then went back into the builder to change the color back, the responsiveness didn’t stay. This isn’t working. Argh.

Which background color your form had?
You can revert your from to previous version, before background color was changed.
How to View Form Revision History
After that I would suggest you to add Mobile Responsive widget to your form.
How to Add a Widget to your Form?
This widget is not available in Version 4 of our Form Builder, so you will have to switch back to Version 3 to add it to your form.
You can switch back to Version 3 on settings page of your account.
After you add Mobile responsive widget you can switch back to Version 4.
Also here is my cloned form with Mobile responsive widget.
https://form.jotform.com/70535809266967
Feel free to test it to see if image is responsive. You can also clone it.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

I went ahead and changed the form to responsive. Then I manually fixed the colors since it was before I rec'd your email. The form is still not being responsive on my iphone 6 when in vertical position. It is, however, working in horizontal position. Is this as good as it gets? Or is there something else I can do to make it work both ways?

I tested the form from my colleague https://form.jotform.com/70535809266967 in iPhone simulator since I'm not in possession of the device now, and it looked fine to me in portrait mode:
Did you try to use that form on your device and see if it is showing correctly?

I have inspected your form and you did not added Mobile Responsive widget to your form. When you add this widget your image will be responsive.
Your video is not responsive because if has fixed width. If you want that video is shown properly on mobile devices, you will have to decrease the width of embed code that you have added to text field.
On my new form I have reduced the width to 280.
Here is my new form: https://form.jotform.com/70574678384975
It looks like this on iPhone emulator:
Please test my form on your form to see if it is displayed properly. You can also clone my form.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi,
If you are working on JotForm builder Version 4, the Mobile Responsive Widget is not there any longer because forms that are built to the new builder should be mobile responsive already.
However, to still add this widget on your form, you need to switch back to JotForm version 3 builder and there add the Mobile Responsive Widget.
Let us know if you nee further assistance.

This is how the video is showing on my phone (Android though):
And it is playing like that.
On iPhone 6s emulator it is showing similar except it the width of the form is cut in half:
Is that how it is shown in your phone as well?
Also, if you need to revert your form to some previous version you can use Revision history: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-view-form-revision-history
We'll wait for your response.
Thank you!

thebunkroomReplied on March 9, 2017 at 2:46 PMI keep telling you guys that it’s not showing the second video properly on my phone….please see the screenshot I sent last week. You will see the second video not showing up.
Your screen shots only show the first video.
Would be nice if we could resolve this.
Thanks

Hi there,
Do you mean the video in your form as shown in the screenshot below?
It does not load in the form because the link to the video - https://makemyvideointeractive.com/videos/8cd40f19ab24eb5f481b34f18fc927e70a7d88ce/preview - does not refer to a valid source. If you access the link provided above using a browser, it does not point to a video but a blank page.
Let us know if you are referring to a different video in your form.
Regards.
