Hi- When I 'get started' with the widget, I'm redirected to the list of forms. How do you add the Google universal tracking code into the widget -- when the widget isn't opening? Can you please provide the steps for this?
Also, is it possible to add custom code to the form.jotformpro.com page? Thanks! -

You need to insert the widget inside the form using the Form Builder. Here's a guide:
1. In My Forms page, select the form and then click the "Edit Form" button.
2. In Form Builder V4, click the "Add Form Element" button.
3. Go to the "Widgets" tab and search for "Google Analytics". Once you find it, please click it.
4. After that, the widget wizard will appear on the right. Put the "Tracking Code" and then click the "Update Widget" button.
Hope that helps. Thank you.

Hi- This was super helpful! Thank you!
Next, how do I find the analytics for this form in Google Analytics?

Glad to hear that. You're welcome.
You should be able to see the data in the "Home" Dashboard.
Please check the links below about the usage of Google Analytics:

Hope that helps. Thank you.

Hi, I appreciate the screenshot; however, anything to do with jotform (.NET) is NOT listed on our HOME page, which is why I asked this question. :)
And despite adding the Google tracking ID to the form and saving the change via 'Update Widget', the next time I open the widget, the code is gone. See attached screenshot so you know I'm adding it correctly. What's wrong?

I checked your form and I saw 4 Google Analytics widgets. It is possible that you're inserting a new widget which is why you need to enter the Tracking ID again. Please delete the other widgets.
If you want to edit the widget, just select the field and then click the "Widget Settings" button.
The screenshot I provided is just an example. Please check the "Tracking ID" and verify if it is in the Dashboard or in the Reporting section.
Hope that helps. Thank you.

Hi, Thanks, I've deleted the extra widgets; I got it now how this is added!
Sorry if I wasn't clear, several sites including our college domain, blogs, and even YouTube are listed on our Google HOME page ... my question is: how do we see analytics for the jotform (which is not the same as navigating in Google Analytics to the page where the form is embedded). Where do we go to see the tracking data for the form?

On the main page, you should be able to see the Tracking ID and the Form here. If you can't see the Tracking ID or the Form here, it is possible that you haven't added the account yet.
Did you already create a separate account for JotForm in the Admin section? If not, then you need to create one in order to get the tracking ID.
Thank you.

Would you please provide the account information -- is there a specific name to use or simply: jotform / and the URL to provide: https://www.jotform.com?
Thanks.

You can use any name and enter your form URL as the default URL.
We suggest reading guides about google analytics to understand more about it https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1008015?hl=en.
Thanks!
