I assume that this issue is related to your Photography Contact Form.
Recipient email address set inside of that form is enquiries@helenjoyphotography.com. I have checked our email logs and all submissions were successfully sent to that email address.
Your form was 34 submissions at the moment.
33 were successfully sent to email address enquiries@helenjoyphotography.com.
And one was sent to email address of your account.
You can also check email history logs on your account.
How to View All Your Form Email History
Please check spam, trash and bulk folders and if you find them there please mark them as not spam in order to not go into that folder any more.
Also please note that when you test your email Notification with "Test Email" button that email will always be sent to email address of your account.
