Can I install an app made in Jotform on an iOS system?

When making an app, can i dowload it and install it on an iOS OS?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you have added the form to your app, you can share the app's URL that you can get from the Publish tab and enable the Add to Home Screen Modal on the App Settings. Here's where you can enable it on the App Builder's Settings tab.

To share the app, go to the Publish tab and on the Quick Share section, you can copy the app link. You can also invite other people to use your app through email.

When the user opens your app via the link you shared, they will see a pop-up asking them if they want to add the app to their home screen

After the users click on the ADD TO HOME SCREEN button, your app will be added to their phone's home screen just like a regular app on your phone that they can always access.

Thanks for the information, I already carried out that process and for the Android system it did work but for the iOS system it does not install, how can I install it on an iPhone with iOS?

Thanks for getting back to us. We're sorry you're having trouble in this. You should be able to install the app to your iPhone. Are you getting an error when installing the app? Can you send us the link to your app? Also, can you tell what type of iPhone are you using? I've cleared your form caches to refresh the data. Please try downloading the app again. Also, make sure to update your iOS to make it compatible with the app. If the issue persists, you can send us a screenshot or recording of what's happening so we can work on a solution.

When I open the app in a browser, it does not let me install, it stays stunned and does nothing, it does not allow you to click or anything, here are the evidence

Thanks for getting back to us. I tried to access the Google Drive link you sent, but it is currently set as Private, can you make it public access, so I can view it? Also, to confirm, do you want to Jotform app to be added to your Home Screen? If so, that is possible. Let me walk you through it:

1. Click the arrow up icon below the URL.

2. Next, select the Add to Home Screen option.

You can also send me the link to your Jotform app, so I can check it as well. If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
