Can we have our users upload a copy of their IDs?

Hello - I saw your video that you'd made with Sarah Fabel and I wanted to know how I would go about adding our client's Driver's Licenses, or whatever form of ID they bring, onto our form when they're filling it out?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want your users to be able to send the ID details through your form, your form should be in compliance with our Terms of Use. You may continue to collect that information, but it is required to add the following widgets to your form:

• The Terms & Conditions widget for your users to read and agree on.
• The Signature widget so your users can sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.

Let me show you how to add these widgets to your form:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element in the upper-left corner.
2. Go to Widgets, and look for the widgets that we need to add.
3. Drag and drop them onto your form.
