Changing template

    I created my first Jotform - it's an order form that I spent a lot of time customising.

    However my product is free and therefore does not require a payment option. I cannot delete the payment option!

    Is there a way to delete or change what I've created into another template that doesn't need a payment gateway?

    Hi Danielle,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If your product is free, and you don't need a payment gateway, you can simply remove the payment integration from your My Products field. To do this, click on the My Products field in your form builder and look for a card icon to remove payment integration.

    Thanks for getting back to me but I'm afraid it's still not working.
    When I click the "Remove integration" button, it then tells me that I cannot add more than one payment gateway into the form! See screenshots below.

    Hi Daniel,

    The screenshots you added do not work. You can just paste the screenshot in your response and it will add the image. You can also save the screenshot in your local drive and then use the upload icon on the top toolbar to upload the image. See our guide on How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum.

    I’ve written the text in the original email. Screenshots were just additional info that’s not necessary.

    Hi Danielle,

    I checked your form. You can remove the payment integration with this step. Make sure you do it correctly. If this process does not work, we can do it for you if you allow us to take the necessary action on your form.

    Yes, that is the button I clicked on and it came up with the error message I described.
    Can you please fix this form on my behalf?

    Hi Danielle,

    As you requested, we edited your form to remove the payment connection. I have cloned and tested the current version of the form and made sure that people can order your products without going through any payment process.

    Hi Danielle,

    Unfortunately, it currently requires at least one payment field in the form, even for free products. You can consider using a different form builder that allows more flexibility in customizing payment options for free products.
