Zapier Integration: Integrated Outlook Calendar no longer synced with Jotform

    Hi Jotform Support, One of our forms "Dinner is Served Sign-Up" has stopped syncing with our Outlook Calendar. It is linked through Zapier. This happened once before and i forgot how you helped me solve it - please let me know what I need to do to proceed. Thanks!

    Hi JW_House,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Kindly try disconnecting your Jot Form account from Zapier dashboard and then link it again. This way, it will generate a new API key for Zapier.

    Hi Jotform Support, One of our forms "Dinner is Served Sign-Up" has stopped syncing with our Outlook Calendar again. It is linked through Zapier. This happened a few times before and I tried to:

    1. Reconnect JotForm from the Zapier dashboard
    2. Created a new submission, but it did not link

    Please let me know how I can relink the "Dinner is Served Sign-up" form with our Outlook Calendar. Thanks!

    Hi JW_House,

    May I know if you get the new API key after doing the reconnecton with Zapier? At the same time, I've also cleared your form cache. Please try again and see if the issue has been resolved.
