A form I had working last year is not working this year. I have an option to either use the payment gateway Stripe to pay the total nomination fee or we will invoice the school.
If they choose invoice the school I hide the payment field. But after hitting submit a page comes up saying there was an error and their credit card was not charged.
Has the rules of hiding a field changed since last year, as this way of doing it worked fine last year.

I cloned your form but I can't seem to replicate the issue on the clone. If I choose invoice then I am able to submit the form successfully.
I see you have two conditions for the same Amount Owing field. Can you try removing the condition for "Invoice My School"? Even with this removed, the credit card field will only display if the item selected is Credit Card. It will not show up if you choose invoice.
If the issue persists, please let us know.
Thank you. -

I have tried again and I am still getting the same error. Have tried on Windows Edge and Firefox.
I need this form up this week, is there some other way to achieve what I want.
Thanks
Jill

Hello Jill,
Please edit your Preferences on Clear Hidden Field Values and change it to either Clear on Submit or Clear on Being Hidden. You can check the screenshot for the steps:

Hi liyam,
Thanks "Clear on Being Hidden" worked well. The "Clear on Submit" caused problems by clearing the calculated fee and passing zero onto to Stripe, or something like that.
Regards
