I have tested your embedded forms and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. When I tried to submit your forms, submit button was stuck on "Please wait...".
To resolve your issue, please re-embed your form s with iFrame code. Inside of this guide you can find how to get iFrame code of your form:

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

I tried embedding it with the iframe code- our website is through wordpress and the code does not work. It just displays the text. Please advise.
Thank you,

You have to paste the iframe embed code under Text tab so it will work on the live page.
