I had a client submit a form twice. The first time she clicked submit, it went to the payment screen, the payment processed but the form hasn't come through on my end. It is telling me there are 0 submissions. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

There is a submission under Incomplete Payments:
How to view incomplete payments
If you received PayPal payment for associated submission, you can manually complete that incomplete submission to move it to the regular submissions page.
