Hello,
On one of our forms, (DJFS Registration) we are not getting notification emails when a form is completed. The other email on the list (Antoinette.Beasley@jfs.ohio.gov) is getting them, but the email metrodjfs@akronmetro.org does not get the notifications. Help! Thanks.

Hi there,
Your email metrodjfs@akronmetro.org was in our bounce list. That is why it is not receiving email notifications.
I have now removed it and it should receive the next notifications. Please see How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues.
