I have a specific email that goes in my bounce list every other day.
Any resolution? -

Go to your spam folder, and if you find a JotForm email mark it as NOT SPAM. If the bouncing issue continues, we recommend you to use your own SMTP settings for the sender email: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
