Hello!
I have a JotForm integrated on my website for various options and ordering with PayPal payments. It worked perfectly for a long time, but the last few orders have come through with PayPal emails and also the JotForm Android app including some unusual codes for each of the options selected.

What can be done to fix this?
Many thanks!

The issue is being caused by the labels being used for each of the product options:
Instead of using standard text for these labels, your form is using special characters such as •
In order to fix this, you will have to rename the product options and use regular labels with standard alphanumeric characters. The following guide describes how to set up product options:

Please let us know should you need any further assistance after that. Thank you.

I changed the text for each option and will see if that resolves the problem. Thanks very much for the reply and information! JotForm is amazing. I'm glad to be able to use it.
