Hey Team!
I am creating a request form for a public inquiry but I also would like to attach the requestors information to a digital back office form. For example:
Page 1(public) once submitted the back office receives the form and has additional information to fill out in order to process.
How do i create this additional page attached to the public page?
Thank you,
Audris

The following thread has a great walk through on how to create an approval workflow with an admin section:

You can limit access to the admin section by setting up pseudo password protection for that section:
https://www.jotform.com/answers/417268-How-can-I-add-password-protection-to-my-form
Please be noted that you should not use "Password" label in your form. You can use any other text like "Code", "key", "authorization". Our system does not allow for collecting passwords and it will mark your form as a phishing form.
If you have any questions regarding that setup, let us know and we will be happy to help.
