Your account was autosuspended by our phishing detector, which is why your forms are currently disabled. I checked your forms and they don't seem to violate our terms. With that in mind, I have now removed the suspension on your account. You should now be able to use the forms without any issue.
You do not need to delete your account, but if you still want to proceed with the deletion, please confirm and we will do so accordingly.

Hello, it's happening again. They are not working. What is cusing this?? This can cuse problems. Please, what can i do?

Hi,
This could be because of your form http://www.jotformz.com/form/70031774953659 which is asking for login information.
But I see that you have recently deleted the form. I have activated your account. The forms should be accessible again now.
