Please provide us with the form IDs to be moved from your account to the club account along with the other account username so that we can transfer them for you. Please make sure that you are logged into the source account while making the transfer request.
If you are sub-account user of the other account, you may transfer it by yourselves by following the Step #3 in the guide below:
