Google Drive : Unable to select upload file to send

    How can I upload a document in one field to Google Drive independently like an attachment?

    I have tried many times so far and all the fields with documents in the table will be automatically uploaded, which is not interesting. I only want to upload files in one of the fields

    I tried clicking it many times, but the following screen was displayed, without allowing me to select independent fields.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can I clarify a bit on your question? Do you mean that you would like to only upload a document in one field to Google Drive, and save it as an attachment? Meanwhile, can you send us the form URL as well to see if we can replicate the issue?

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you want to upload a document in one field to Google Drive independently. Here's how you can do it:


    1. Click on DOCUMENT under " Send submissions PDF to Google Drive" and click SAVE.

    On the contrary, onedrive is possible, but google drive cannot select files in a single field.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm really sorry you're having difficulties with this. I cloned and tested your form by integrating it to Google Drive to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below:

    Google Drive : Unable to select upload file to send Image 2 Screenshot 41 As shown in the screencast above, the only uploaded file sent to my Google Drive is the 雜費收據 file, which I selected. When I checked your actual form, I saw that you no longer integrated your form with Google Drive. Can you try it again and see how it goes? I've also cleared your form caches to fix any cache-related issues.

    After I clicked on google drive, I did not go to your screen.
    I was not given a choice of which fields to upload.

    We really appreciate your patience and understanding. Our developer team updated the Google Drive integration, and now the integration is switched to a new architecture. I can see that you are already using the new version of the Google Drive integration, so I'm assuming that the issue is no longer happening. If you run into the same or another issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
