Hi Jotform people,
I have a question... We're using a specific form on several websites. So the entries could come from any of the websites where the form is embedded.
The form isn't really that complicated, just a contact form with a coupe of text fields, an email field etc. But rather than duplicating the form x times, we would prefer to use the same form everywhere.
But we DO like to know from which website an entry is coming.
So... is there a way that the website from which an entry was submitted, can be also included in the entry ? Somehow through a hidden field or something ?
Thanks !!

Yes, This is achievable in different ways. One of the ways to to use widget "Get Form Page URL"
http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_form_page_url
You can follow the instructions provided at
