I am trying to create a form/order list of products that I can send out in an email. Because product availability fluctuates week to week, is there a way to disable entries in a jotform, email the form, and then enable them the next time without having to create a new product each time? Thanks!

Since you never mentioned which form you're currently working on, I'll just assume it's this one https://www.jotform.com/63112529688159
I can see you're using the Purchase Order payment field. You mentioned "Because product availability fluctuates week to week, is there a way to disable entries in a jotform..." - I'm afraid the only way to remove a product from the payment field is to actually remove/delete it from the payment field:
You'd have to manually delete/add your products depending on physical availability.
You also mentioned "...is there a way to disable entries in a jotform, email the form..." - When it comes to emailing the form, I'm assuming you're sharing your form link/URL via email. If that's the case, there shouldn't be any difference as the link/URL of your form never changes regardless.
