At the beginning of the Semester, I want each student in my Intercultural class to choose two chapters for which they are particularly responsible for explaining to the rest of the class. Once a student has chosen, I do not want that choice to be available to any other student.

I bet there is a template that comes close to this, but I haven't found it.

I also can't find an embedded tool to do this.

The important thing is that if one person chooses something on the form, no one else can make that choice.

    Hi Clineb109,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. If I understand your concern correctly, you wanted to have a form where your student can choose the lesson/chapter to discuss that other will not be able to choose again. If so, you can try to use our registration form online templates here but instead of using appointment fields, you can use our Gift Registry or MultiSelect Grid widgets.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Clineb109,

As what is suggested above, you can use the Gift Registry widget. It will allow you to create options where you can add stock availability. Let me show you how to set that up.

1.In the Form Builder, click on the Add Form Elements tab.

2.Go to the Widgets tab and add the Gift Registry widget to your form.

3.Next, create options and set them up with one item availability only. The option selected will be automatically disabled after submission.

    4.Lastly, click on Update Widget.
