Hi,
You can share something like a password within the emails that you send. Then you can setup a condition on your form that conditionally hides all the fields unless the password is filled correctly. Please see what I mean on this test form that I just created:

On this form you can see that there is only one field initially. I have conditionally setup a password for the form which is 12345. Unless this password is matched rest of the fields will not be shown. Please see the condition that I created:
Please make sure you do not set the name of your field something like "Password" directly. It will probably be detected by our phishing system and you might get suspended. You can use my example "Enter the given code".
Please also note that someone with average coding experience may find the code you setup by inspecting your page further.
