Table data reflecting as "Array" in HubSpot

    Hi!

I've been trying to make data inserted in tables to reflect in HubSpot as an integration, but everytime I connect the table to some type of property, it always appear as "Array". I would like to see if there is any type of connection that we can make that allows this data to reflect inside HubSpot, even if it does not appear as "clean", we can use programming to rearrenge the data, but it needs to reflect in some way the right information.

    Example of input:

    Example of the result:

    Hi developerapi,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you confirm that you have tried Multi-line text input as a Field type in HubSpot, just like in the screenshot below:

Can you check and try it using that field? You may also refer to this thread as you have similar issue.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

I tested with single-line text, multi-line text and rich text, all of them are reflecting the same "array" result:

I believe this is happening only to "table" fields, simple properties with single line or multiple option are working as intended.

Unfortunately, the thread that was recommended also didn't help us to figure it out what to do to make it work.

    Hi developerapi,

Thanks for waiting. If the Input Table field can't matched directly to the Long Tex field of your Hubspot account, you can pass the value of the Input Table field to the Long Text field first using condition. Then, on the integration, match the Long Text field from Jotform to the Hubspot Long Text field. Let me show you how:

    1. Add a Jotform Long Text field next to your Input Table field. Then, set it as hidden.Table data reflecting as Array in HubSpot Image 1 Screenshot 50
    2. Add an Update Calculate Condition to insert the value of the Input Table field to the Long Text field. Table data reflecting as Array in HubSpot Image 2 Screenshot 61
    3. Let me show you how to properly set up the conditions: Table data reflecting as Array in HubSpot Image 3 Screenshot 72
    4. This is what the condition does on the backend: Table data reflecting as Array in HubSpot Image 4 Screenshot 83

Finally, match the Long Text field to your Hubspot field.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

    Great!

Even not being the ideal way, because of the time consuming process of this "translations" to look organized, it does solve our problem!

I would love to see, in a future update, being able to connect input tables to rich text on HubSpot, as it is a type of property that support simple tables from other platforms.

    Thanks for the help!
