By signing below, I (Client) am agreeing to allow Angie Knutson to share images from my session on social media and for marketing purposes without compensation.

C O N T R A C T

Retainer fees are non-refundable and are due at booking. If the retainer is not submitted within 48 hours, this contract will be null/void and the session will be cancelled. The remaining portion of the session fee is due at the session. If the session fee is not submitted at the time of the session, a 48 hour window will be granted for Client to submit the session fee. Sessions that remain unpaid after this period will be subject to a $15/day late fee. If that window passes, the images from the session will be permenantly deleted after 6 weeks without further notice.

Images will be delivered within 3 weeks after the date of the session. Images are delivered via instant digital download. A disc or USB are not included.

The content of the gallery is in discretion of Angie Knutson. Angie Knutson will select the best images and edit them to her discretion. Any further editing or culling will be subjected to a $150/hour fee.

Should anyone within your family/party become ill before your session, please let Angie Knutson know. Sickness and photography sessions do not mix. Should a client attend a session and is visibly ill, it is within Angie Knutson's right to reschedule the session right then and there. Please stay home if anyone is ill.

Angie Knutson Photography will retain the full copyright on all images (including digital files) and reserves the right to display, publish/etc. for any reason. Client is prohibited from further editing of images. Client is also prohibited from using photos in contests without written consent from Angie Knutson. Client may not, for any reason sell their images to any third party.

If Client does not give at least a 24 hour notice and does not attend their session, they are agreeing to waive their retainer fee therefore making a refund of any kind not possible. If Client is late, please contact Angie Knutson. If Client is late by more than 30 minutes, Angie Knutson will leave and consider the session cancelled and that Client is agreeing to waive their retainer fee.
