Vancouver Convention Centre, in Vancouver, Canada
Ages:
4 months through 12 years old
Ratios:
1:1 for children ages 4 months through 5 months old
1:2 for children ages 6 months through 11 months old
1:3 for children ages 1 through 2 years old
1:5 for children ages 3 through 5 years old
1:7 for children ages 6 through 12 years old

Parentst must register before end of day June 10, 2025
Cost:
ICML is providing this children's program at no cost to meeting attendees. However, to prevent overbooking, you will be required to provide a credit card number. The credit card information will be kept on file and will only be charged if you fail to show up for your reserved days/hours or if you cancel your reserved days/hours after July 1, 2025. The cancellation fee is $15.00 per hour, per child.
We encourage early registration as availability is limited and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure advance reservations, both the registration form and credit card info must be received by KiddieCorp. There will be no on-site registration. All reservations must be made before the deadline in order to utilize the children’s program.
If the children's program reaches full capacity, your reservation will be placed on a waitlist, and you will receive a notification.
MEALS/SNACKS
Meals and water will be provided. Parents may also sign their child out to take them to lunch or drop off a meal at the program.
KiddieCorp's program is nut-free. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing any snacks or meals containing nuts or nut products.
ACTIVITIES
Activities include exciting themes, arts & crafts, group games, music & movement, board games, story time, dramatic play, etc. We tailor activities to suit each age group appropriately.
TEAM MEMBERS
Our goal is to provide your children with a comfortable, safe, and happy experience. KiddieCorp team members are selected according to their integrity, experience, education, and enthusiasm. Every program has a CPR/First aid certified manager that is on site at all times.
REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Additional information for parents:
- KiddieCorp staff does not administer medication, including sunscreen.
- For the safety and enjoyment of all, children who are ill will not be admitted to the program.
- Please label your child's belongings. While we maintain a lost and found, KiddieCorp does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items.
- Parents with infants, kindly bring diaper changing supplies, formula/baby food, and a change of clothes for your child's comfort.
