If your organization works to support the philanthropic activities of high-capacity donors, use this form to either: (1) request to be added or (2) modify or update an existing entry in the Philanthropist Resource Directory (PRD).

Note: Requests are not guaranteed. All entries will require approval by the Effective Philanthropy Learning Initiative (EPLI) team. General criteria for inclusion:

• Your organization supports the philanthropic activities of donors via one or more of the seven above designated Philanthropist Resource Directory categories;
• Your work specifically targets supporting high-net-worth individuals; and
• Your organization consists of multiple staff members. We cannot include individual consultants in the Philanthropist Resource Directory.

You must be authorized to represent the organization you are adding.
