By uploading an image or logo for use on a customized product, you represent that you own all right, title and interest in such image or logo uploaded and have acquired all necessary permissions to use the likeness of all individuals pictured and any other intellectual property contained in such image or logo. Uploading an image or logo constitutes your consent to give Augusta Sportswear a royalty-free, irrevocable license to use and reproduce such image or logo on customized products as ordered by you. You agree to indemnify Augusta Sportswear for the use of such image or logo on the customized product as ordered by you.

File Format Requirements Vector file format is required for art production. Other file formats will preview online but must be converted for production. Vector art created using versions of Adobe Creative Cloud can be uploaded on the Augusta Sportswear builder. Initially a placeholder sketch will appear on your garment preview. Within 24 hours you will receive notification that your art is available to preview online. If you want to immediately preview your uploaded art online, please upload a file type that is CS6 or earlier.

Additional Cost If you do not have artwork available in Vector file format Augusta Sportswear's art team will convert file formats or redraw art in Vector format. Vector file conversion and redrawing fees will be communicated on your final art proof if they apply.
