UPCF1 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial support for St. Peter Cathedral.

UPCF2 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to provide support for mass intentions being requested of poor parishes within the Diocese of Marquette, specifically mass intentions for the repose of the soul of Reverend Thomas J. Anderson, for deceased parishioners from parishes of the Diocese of Marquette, deceased priests and bishops of the Diocese of Marquette and the repose of the souls in Purgatory.

UPCF3 Fund Purpose Statement: On 3/1/2040 the corpus of all funds become part of the Suda Family Seminary Endowment Fund for the benefit of diocesan seminarians; until then, trust funds are to be spent as follows:

• Suda Family Seminary Endowment Fund is designated for the benefit of diocesan seminarians (40%).

• Suda Family Mission Endowment Fund is designated first to cover any shortfall in the seminarian endowment and second for poor missions, both foreign and diocesan at the Bishop’s discretion (20%).

• Suda Family Diocesan Mass Stipend Endowment Fund is designated for Diocesan priests requesting Mass Offerings ad intentiones dantis, for the Greater Glory of God or in Thanksgiving (20%)

• Suda Family Diocesan Retiree Mass Stipend Endowment Fund is designated for retired priests requesting Mass offerings ad intentiones dantis, for the Greater Glory of God or in Thanksgiving (20%)

UPCF4 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial support for the development of lay ministers and lay spirituality in the Diocese of Marquette.

UPCF5 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial support to the seminarians in the Diocese of Marquette for the purpose of assisting needy students to meet their tuition and educational expenses.

UPCF6 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial support for the education of seminarians in the Diocese of Marquette.

UPCF7 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial support to attend educational institutions beyond high school. Determination is based on scholastic ability rather than need.

UPCF9 Fund Purpose Statement: Provide funding for the education and professional development of seminarians of the Diocese of Marquette.

UPCF10 Fund Purpose Statement: 50% for Catholic Schools; 30% for religious education in the parishes and missions, 10% for Catholic Social Services, and 10% for special ministries that have critical need (Catholic Action Fund), all in the Diocese of Marquette.

UPCF11 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial support to Bishop Baraga School in Iron Mountain, Michigan for the purpose of assisting those students with financial need to meet its tuition requirements and to maintain and/or replace buildings, as necessary. Distributions from the Fund shall be spent such that 25% of the distributable amount is allocated to tuition assistance and 75% of the distributable amount is spent on building maintenance and/or replacement.

UPCF12 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial support to the Holy Name Catholic School in Escanaba, Michigan for the purpose of assisting those students with financial need to meet its tuition requirements.

UPCF13 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial support to the Holy Name Catholic School in Escanaba, Michigan for the purpose of supplementing the teacher salary and professional development funds budgeted for its teachers.

UPCF15 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial support in equal portions to the Catholic schools in the Diocese of Marquette, Michigan.

UPCF16 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial support for Catholic Campus Ministry - Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan.

UPCF17 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial support to the Father Marquette Catholic Academy in Marquette, Michigan.

UPCF18 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial support to the St. Francis De Sales Catholic School in Manistique, Michigan for the purpose of assisting those students with financial need to meet its tuition requirements.

UPCF19 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial support to Sacred Heart Catholic School in L'Anse, Michigan.

UPCF20 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial support to the Holy Spirit Catholic School in Norway, Michigan.

UPCF21 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial support to St. Mary Catholic School in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan for the purpose of supplementing the teacher salary and professional development funds budgeted for its teachers.

UPCF22 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to assist in meeting the operation costs of faith formation and evangelization at Our Lady of Peace Parish, as well as any other related costs.

UPCF23 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial support to St. John Paul II Catholic Academy in Menominee, Michigan.

UPCF24 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial support to Bishop Baraga Catholic School in Iron Mountain, Michigan.

UPCF25 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial support to St. Anthony Parish in Gwinn, MI.

UPCF26 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial support for the operation of a proposed expansion of the School to serve high school students.

UPCF27 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to provide finacial support to the School for the purpose of assisting its high school students with financial need to meet its tuition requirements.

UPCF28 Fund Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Fund is to provide financial support to the graduates of Holy Name High School for the purpose of assisting those students with high academic success and/or financial need to meet their tuition requirements.
