I hereby submit my Application for Membership in the Newton Squash & Tennis Club and in consideration of acceptance thereof:

a) I hereby subscribe to the $1,500.00* initiation Fee, and agree to pay therefore the sum of $500.00* annually until fee is fully paid (or so long as I am a Member of the Club); No initiation fee for LOJL (lesson only junior license)
b) I understand and agree to pay the annual membership fees** upon admission
c) I enclose herewith the $50.00 deposit (non-refundable) required with application; and
d) I acknowledge the following: In using the facilities and equipment of Newton Squash & Tennis Club (“NSTC”), member recognizes and acknowledges that there is a known risk of injury in the use of these facilities and
equipment. Member shall use such facilities and equipment and participate in NSTC activities in a responsible manner and in compliance with all NSTC rules and regulations, and will abide by NSTC’s By-Laws, and will
immediately report any injuries or accidents that may occur to him/her in, on, or about NSTC’s premises.

** Annual membership fees for Regular Membership (as of 2020) = $1,890 / calendar year.
*** LOJL cost is %50 of Regular Membership for 1st child, 10% for each additional child. Age < 18. No court booking privileges

Membership dues are annual, and based on January 1 start. Mid-year dues based on pro-ration of annual:
- Jan 1-May 31, 100% - June 1-31, 87.5% - July 1-31, 75% - Aug 1-31, 62.5%
- Sept 1-30, 50% - Oct 1-31, 37.5% - Nov 1-30, 25% - Dec 1-31, 12.5% W
