Minumental 34

Artist Submission Form

All submissions are limited up to 6 works per person. 

Works can not exceed 2" x 2" in size, and 5" x 5" framed and hang ready.

Any Sculpture and/or 3D work must be able to stand independently and may also not exceed 2"x2" in any direction.

*Works requiring Velcro or another adhesive

will not be exhibited.

Mail in or Drop off work at our front desk no later than Friday, January 24th at 5:00 pm

All entries must be marked in the direction it is to be hung and/or displayed.

Submission Payment

IMPORTANT: Please submit a VOIDED CHECK with your work when it is mailed/dropped off.  

If you do not have a checking account then you will have to pick up your sales from the AAC Business Office.  

*We cannot process your sales without a voided check or completed w-9 form *

*All Artists must turn in a completed 

w-9 form at the time of submission.

ALL Minumentals must be labeled on the back with NAME, and numbered #1 through #6 corresponding to your submissions.  

  

NOTE: If you would like unsold work to be returned to you, you must include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Unsold work will be returned at the close of the show. If a self-addressed stamped envelope with the correct postage is not supplied, your work will not be mailed back to you.

If picking up work in person, you must do so by March 10.

Any work not picked up by the deadline will be forfeited by the Artist and be considered a donation to the Alumni Association, making it the property of the Alumni Association. 

Your work MUST be ready to hang with a nail, do NOT use velcro or adhesives to hang.
