AOAC Research Institute Contributing Membership dues are $7,000 per year (see AOAC Research Institute fee schedule). Charter members agree to remain members for at least (2) two years. Any agency of a local, state, provincial, national and international government, any university, college or academic department; or any firm, business or organization with an interest in proprietary analytical methods, and in supporting and furthering the purposes of the AOAC Research Institute is eligible to become a Contributing Member Organization. AOAC Research Institute Contributing Member Organizations do not vote on AOAC Research Institute matters; the AOAC INTERNATIONAL remains the sole voting member of the AOAC Research Institute. However, Contributing Member Organizations are eligible to participate in the AOAC Research Institute Advisory Council and therein participate in the development of the AOAC Research Institute programs, advance topics of interest to the Contributing Organizations, and suggest improvements to the AOAC Research Institute and its programs. Contributing Member Organizations are eligible for discounted AOAC Research services & products, including discounted Application fees. 1. Organizations must submit an application for membership2. Organizations must designate at least one representative as primary contact for the organization3. Organizations must remit annual membership dues4. Organizations must be listed on the roster of AOAC Research Institute Contributing Member Benefits of Membership:1. One (1) Seat on the RI Advisory Council2. $1,000.00 USD discount toward RI Consulting fees3. $8,000.00 USD discount toward PTM Application fees 4. Discounted Harmonized Consulting fees 5.Modification discounts 6. Validated Methods training discount 7. One (1) AOAC INTERNATIONAL Individual Membership, recommended for representative that will be present for meetings. Termination of Membership:1. Organizations not in good standing through nonpayment of annual dues 2. AOAC Research Institute Board of Directors may terminate the membership of any Contributing Member if the Organization has violated AOAC Research Institute bylaws or if Organization has demonstrated conduct detrimental to AOAC Research Institute or AOAC INTERNATIONAL.
