    Gown defects & the Proper wear of the gown set

    Safety Note (Mortarboard Pin & Button Connection)


    Please note that the graduation mortarboard includes an internal pin that connects and secures the button to the hat. This design is used to ensure proper attachment during wear. When the mortarboard is worn correctly, the pin is not intended to cause injury. If the button is missing, pin will be exposed and may cause injury. TYG holds no responsibility if the user is harmed due to such incidences.

    To ensure safe handling, please:

    handle the mortarboard by the cap/top edges (not by the button),
    avoid forcefully pulling or twisting the button, and keep the hat away from young children and do not use it as a toy.


    Tick Your Gown Limited (TYG) provides the mortarboards as instructed and cannot be responsible for injuries resulting from improper wear, misuse, tampering, or excessive force applied by the wearer.

    I agree that I will not hold TYG to ANY fault for bodily harm (punture, rashes, allergies or any other injuries) arising from the gown set.  If the graduation hat is damaged due to hat tossing or any other possible reason(s), natrual degradation and is worn-out, TYG is not responsible for any harm done to the wearer or any other person(s).
