    This form includes bookings and permission forms all in one. Please fill out the booking form in addition to requesting the days in the xplor app. Any dates cancelled after booking will incur a $5.00 fee

  • Important Information

    Please be aware these are not regular outings these are for the purpose of excursions during vacation care. Please select carefully as we require 2 weeks notice to cancel bookings as per our policy. If cancellation is not made prior to the two weeks usual charges apply. To ensure your bookings are correct please view these vacation care bookings in your Xplor app prior to attendance. If bookings are made through Xplor, please ensure a permission slip is signed. Please ensure if you are booking your child in on an excursion day you are signing the permission slip below. BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL-We cannot accept walk in bookings on the day (due to compliance). Fell free to call ahead on in house days if we have spots available.

    -Any changes will be communicated through Facebook and relevant communication channels as soon as possible.

    -Seat belts will be worn if provided on the bus. Following the NSW law requirements.

    -Staff to children ratio:1:11

    -Approx number of children attending: 90

    -Number of staff attending: 10

    By ticking the consent box below, parents/guardians agree to the following.

    -I agree to the excursion information provided and allow my child to attend the excursions that I have booked them into.
    -I agree to notify the service if my child is not attending their booked session.
    -I understand that if my child does not arrive before the start of the excursion they will miss out on the experience.
    -I understand that my child will be attending an excursion off site, as per travel details listed above if booked for the excursion. Any changes to these details will be communicated immediately.
    -I understand there is a cancellation policy that requires two weeks notice, otherwise I will still be charged.
    -I will check my xplor app to see if my bookings have been confirmed.
