board becomes late on any HOP adopted horse at your facility,

if behavioral issues in the horse arise,
if agreed upon lessons and training are not paid for or utilitzed (first time horse adopters/owners are required to take lessons no less than twice a month with a professional allowed to give lessons at the facilty)
If the adopted horse is removed from the boarding facility to a new location (we do not allow first time horse adopters/owners to remove a horse from a boarding situation for the first 12 months)
Heart of Phoenix stands behind our horses and offer our adopters support to make adoption a sucess.
