    This form is the application for the OU Help Desk student laptop loan program.

  • Applications are open for the Fall 2024 term. Devices are due back by December 18th, 2024.

    Applications for the Winter 2025 term will open 2 weeks before the semester start.

  • Please read the following Policy and "Student Laptop Loan Agreement" below.

    Please note the date on the policy below may not reflect the current semester end date. We will inform you of the return date after form submission.
