  • 2025 BeDoTell Summer Youth Weeks at Fort Caswell Registration

    • Number Attending 

    • Please indicate the total number of students attending, plus adult leaders. There must be one adult leader, age 21 or older, for every eight students of the same gender.
    • Dates Requested 

    • Each week includes four nights and will conclude with a Friday morning program and lunch. Groups must check out of their buildings before lunch. Please indicate your first, second and third choice of dates below:

    • Cottage: Bunk rooms with double (full) bedrooms for some adult leaders. Kitchen included for cooking your own meals. 

    • Sandpiper Cottage: Bunk rooms with double (full) bedrooms for some adult leaders. Minimum 76; maximum 115. Kitchen included for cooking your own meals.

    • Hotels: Rooms have twin over double bunks to provide separate sleeping space per person. Meals included at our cafeteria.

    • Residence: Bunk rooms with double (full) beds for some adult leaders. No kitchen. Meals included at our cafeteria.

    • Seagull or Pelican: Bunk rooms with double (full) beds for some adult leaders. Buildings opened in 2020 as part of Holbrook Village. Minimum 44; maximum 52. No kitchen. Meals included at our cafeteria.

    • Barracks: Bunk beds only, in large open rooms. Multiple churches may share rooms. Meals included at our cafeteria.

    • Note: You will receive a contract via email with your dates and lodging assignments once this registration form is processed.

      A non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit includes half the cost of lodging, meals and the full program fee. These fees will be indicated on your contract and are due by Feb. 15, 2025.

      All prices shown are per person. Meal tickets are included except for groups staying in a cottage. Groups staying in cottages are responsible for their own meals. If you have any questions, please call Fort Caswell reservations staff at (910) 278-9501.

      All non-N.C. Baptist partnering churches and out-of-state churches must wait until Jan. 1, 2025 to submit the registration form.
