請先閱讀有關本會均分餘款的詳情。請注意，根據本會會章及特別會員代表大會通過之議決，是次均分餘款只適用於2021年8月10日當日為合資格會員的人士，包括會員及榮譽會員(但不包括當日或之後主動提出退會的會員或榮譽會員)。會員家屬證、師訓學生證、家教會證、嘉賓卡及其他證件持有人不符合登記資格。
Please read the Union’s detailed information about the distribution prior to registration. Please note that, according to the Union’s Constitution and the resolution of the special meeting of the members’ representatives, only members of the Union as at 10 August 2021 will be qualified to the distribution of surplus funds, including regular and honourary members (but not including those who terminated their membership on even date or thereafter). For the avoidance of doubt, family members, student members, parent-teacher members, guest members or members of any other kinds are not qualified to register.

本人同意及知悉就是次教協解散派發餘款，本人的資料交由教協、凱晉企業顧問有限公司（前稱為羅申美企業顧問有限公司）及有關承辦商處理，資料只供分派餘款之用，完成分派餘款及核數後將會全部銷毀。
In relation to the distribution of the surplus funds, I acknowledge and agree that my information will be handled by the Union, Acclime Corporate Advisory (Hong Kong) Limited (formerly known as RSM Corporate Advisory (Hong Kong) Limited )and related contractors for the sole purpose of the distribution of the surplus funds; the information will be destroyed upon completion of the distribution and audit.
