1. Participation by publications is determined through an open application and subsequent acceptance from the organizing committee.
Characteristics of participation with table:
Table dimensions: 2.20 m (width) x 0.90 m (length) x 1.00 m (height)

Participants are not allowed to bring external furniture.
The table doesn't include walls or electrical outlets.
2. All booths shall be attended by one or more members of the publication at all times during the fair. Otherwise, Z.ONAMACO will ask the publication to leave the fair and will not allow their participation in future editions of the fair.
3. The exhibitor is responsible for all materials placed in the booth and only magazines may be exhibited.
4. Performances, artworks, etc. are not allowed by exhibiting publications. Z.ONAMACO will send a manual to the selected publications with some specifications in order to make an adequate use of the space provided.
5. It will be strictly prohibited to sell anything other than the publication that has been authorized to participate in the fair.
6. If the publication participates in the Jointbooth scheme (Scheme 3), the publications must send over a maximum of 200 copies of to Z.ONAMACO, who will notify the publication on specific delivery dates and location. The jointbooth is operated by Z.ONAMACO staff, and distribution of the copies is complimentary.
7. Sending this application does not guarantee the participation of the publication in the fair. The organizing committee will evaluate all the applications and make a decision on the publications that get to participate in the fair.
8. The applicant agrees that, if this application is accepted by the selection committee, it will have the validity of a contract. For this purpose, this document must be signed by the legal representative of the company, accepting all terms and conditions mentioned in this document and in the Annex I, thus obliged to fulfill the totality of applicable agreements in the terms of both documents. The notification of application approval will be sent starting on September 2th, 2024.
9. Tables will be located in areas assigned by Z.ONAMACO; the location of the booth is not a condition for participation.
10. Exhibitors may only cancel their participation in ZⓈONAMACO Mexico Arte Contemporáneo before October 25th, 2024.
11. Terms and conditions of this contract are attached in the contract’s clauses, and subscribe to these regulations.
