Thank you for submitting a request to be tattooed by Tatted By Betsy at Beelzink Tattoo Parlour and Piercing. I am currently focusing on fine-line tattooing with minimal shading and have a maximum size of 3 inches. Please note I require a $100 non-refundable deposit. If you cancel your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. If you need to reschedule, you will have 48 hours to keep your deposit transferable. Rescheduling after this period will result in forfeiting your deposit. Deposits will be applied to the total cost of your tattoo.

Submissions will be responded to within 1 week via Square messaging to begin our consultation. Afterwards, must submit a deposit via Zelle. If you have not made a deposit, you do not have an appointment. Confirmation texts and emails will be sent days prior to the appointment a reminder for your convenience.
