1. EMD Fees: All fees will be 50% of borrowed amount OR $2,000 (whichever is greater) for a period of 30 days. For EMD, there is a NON REFUNDABLE 5% upfront deposit ($250 minimum).

2. Transaction Coordinator (TC): Paid by Borrower, $1,000. TC selection will be by the PML.

3. Minimum Connector Fee is $2000 collected on CLOSE (Dependant on complexity of deal)

4. Late Fees: Estimated $100/day - $200/day (negotiable) following agreed upon funding period from closing date.

5. PML funding may be distributed from escrow on a draw schedule to provide additional protection for the PML. Draw schedule to be coordinated between Borrower and PML.
