Tranquility @ Twilight Booking Form 2023

We are excited to announce that the annual Tranquility @ Twilight is on again. The Ocean Grove Park is a community-owned and volunteer-run nature park and this event is the major fundraiser for the year. It will be held on the first Saturday of the new year, the 4th January 2025 and will run from 4pm - 9pm. The popular bar area will be back which proved to be a big drawcard for the event along with the musical acts and the great stalls and food trucks.

We look forward to continuing with the tradition of a fun event for the whole family to enjoy.

Power will only be supplied to food stalls (stallholders are to provide their own lighting). If you require power for food preparation you will need to select the food stall in the stall selection below.

Stallholders will be allowed to arrive between 1pm - 3:30pm to set up and must be ready to go by 4pm. For the safety of everyone, all stallholders must remain until 9pm.

All stallholders MUST hold a current Certificate of Currency (Public Liability Insurance) to attend Tranquility @ Twilight

When you click the APPLY button below your application will be sent to the organisers. Successful stallholders will be chosen based on the business of the stall and the suitability to the event. Once selected you will be notified and be required to pay your stallholder fee by the 10th December 2024 to secure your spot. If you fail to pay by this date you will forfeit your site.
