Submission of a customer-provided meter read is intended as a temporary solution to meter access issues and we expect that you will resolve access issues for the longer term.
Options for resolving meter access issues include:
- Removal of any physical obstruction, such as a lock on a gate preventing access to the meter, or;
- Upgrade to a remotely-read smart meter, which would not require regular access for manual readings.
