    All new members will, in addition to the Annual Subscription, be charged a once off New Membership Administration Fee, to cover the associate administrative costs. The costs will be €75 per single membership, and €150 for a family or any form of multiple membership.

    The Royal St George Yacht Club uses member information to properly manage club affairs, including collection of subscriptions, managing storage and other club facilities, running sailing and other club activities and in issuing communications to members. Members names and details may be shared online with other members through the members portal of our website.The Royal St George Yacht Club stores and publishes member personal data to comply with a number of legislative requirements including the Registration of Club Acts, 1904 to 1999 Licensing Acts, 1833 to 2000 and subsequent amending acts and regulations. The required data processing includes recording and issuing lists of members as part of club registration requirements and licensing laws, publishing the names of members of the club in a conspicuous place in the club, recording members details and that of their visitors on each occasion a member brings into the club.The Royal St George Yacht Club is an affiliated club member of Irish Sailing ("IRISH SAILING ASSOCIATION COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE"), the national governing body for sailing, power-boating and windsurfing. Member details may be shared with Irish sailing where required.Any queries on Royal St George Yacht Club processing of personal data should be raised with the Executive Secretary (executive@rsgyc.ie) This includes:* Requests for information on what data we hold on the member* requests for a copy of the personal data held.* requests for correction or rectification of data held* request to restrict further data processing* requests for data erasure, subject to legal obligations that may apply to the club

  • Please Note: Once you submit this form you will be prompted to digitally sign the Application Form. In addition the persons you put forward as Proposer and Seconder will also receive a copy of the Application Form requesting their signature. Membership year runs from January to December, our election process is two stage, Reading and Election, with the meetings taking place at the end of each month, the whole process takes over a month. Upon receipt of your application a committee member will contact you for an informal chat.
