If I am 10 minutes or more late, I understand I may need to reschedule my session and a fee of up to 50% of services booked may be due before my next session is reserved. After the Appointment I agree to follow the maintenance and care instructions including but not limited to: Using the correct products to maintain my style. Following all maintenance information given to me. Following the scheduled maintenance appointments made during my haircare plan. Re-do and Return Policy If I am dissatisfied with my cut or color, I agree to notify Hair by Sara O'Grady LLC within 7 days of my visit and understand the issue will be corrected with no additional charge. I understand products can be exchanged, not returned within 2 weeks of purchase date. I agree to provide 24 hours notice should I need to cancel or reschedule my session. I understand that if I should cancel my session with less than 24 hours notice, a minimum of 50% per service cancelled fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
