    Step into Christmas Wonderland and journey through the whimsical fairy forest to enjoy a captivating retelling of the Christmas story by Tinsel Toes in the Woodland Theatre. Make your way through candy land where oversized sweets grow on trees to meet the Toymaker in his gingerbread house.

    Watch as your children write their Christmas wish list and send it to Santa via flame mail - the flames changing color as it's whisked away. Challenge Elziba, the mischievous Elf Chief, to games like splat the reindeer nose and snowballing, then warm up by the firepit with toasted marshmallows and mulled apple juice.

    Indulge in Mrs Claus' delectable cookies and, if you've been extra nice, decorate your very own treat with sprinkles and icing sugar. Finally, enjoy a personalized meeting with Santa where every well-behaved child gets to chat to santa and receives a soft toy in a gift bag. For an extra special touch, consider adding an animal experience gift to the bag.

    • How does the magic work? 

    • We believe in the magic of Christmas and want to make this immersive experience as enchanting and believable for the children as possible.

      When your child meets santa, Santa will already know all about them including what's on their wish list. 

      We make this magic happen with your help.  You will need to provide us with secret information when making the booking that will be given to Santa in advance.

       

    • What is included? 

    • Christmas Wonderland at Auchingarrich is an immersive experience which lasts approx 90 mins

      You will receive

      - a personlised invitation for your child sent via Royal Mail

      - a walk through the magical elf woods

      - a mini woodland theatre performance by Tinsel Toes of the retelling of the story of christmas

      - a visit to the gingerbread house

      - a personlised meeting with the Walter the Toymaker where your child will write a wish list to santa and send it flame mail to santa

      - free entry to the gameszone co-ordinateed by Elziba The Grumpy Deaf Elf

      - a personalised one to one meeting with Santa in Santa's cabin

      - a gift bag with a soft toy worth £19.99 for all children (you can also buy optional extras at highly discounted rates to add to the gift bag including animal experiences, keeper experiences and alpaca treks).

      - a meeting with Mrs Claus where good children will receive a homemade cookie in a gift bag to decorate

    • How do we get to the event village? 

    • Christmas Wonderland is located in the woodland next to the event village.

      You may walk to the event village which is just a 10 minute walk although please note, the path is unlit and uneven (and may even be muddy if we have heavy rain). Please wear suitable footware. 

      We do have a tractor ride to and from Wonderland which runs regurlaly throughout the evening. This can be booked online or paid on arrival (subject to availability). The tractor does get quite busy so we recommend booking up in advance.

    • Do children go free? 

    • The Wonderland Experience is an immersive experience requiring participation from the children. All children receive the full experience including a gift from Santa and will therefore require a ticket.

      Babes in arms are free but will not receive a gift from Santa. Please note, the forest track is unstuitable for buggys.

    • Is entry to the park included in the price? 

    • Yes - entry to the park is included in the price as a special promotion. The park is operated seperatly to the event but a special deal has been arranged. This will allow you to make the most of your days visit.

    • Do children have to be accompanied? 

    • Children under the age of 14 do need to be accompanied when visiting Christmas Wonderland. The park is very large and children could easily become lost if they are on their own.

    • Are refunds available? 

    • If for whatever reason you are unable to visit, you may reschedule your visit to an alternative date by contacting the welcome team on 01764 679 469 at least 3 hours before you are due to arrive. Refunds will not be issued.

      In the case of bad weather or high winds, we reserve the right to cancel the show for your safety. Alternative dates will be offered and if no suitable dates can be found, refunds will be issued.

    Everyone wishing to enter Christmas Wonderland must have a valid entry pass. This applies to both adults and children. 

  • Show Dates and Times

  • Please select the date and time that you would like to attend the Christmas Wonderland performance. The woodland theatre only holds a small number of people and is likely to get booked up fast. We apologise if your desired time slot or date is not available.

     

  • On the 13th & 14th December we are putting on a quiet and calm show for children with sensory issues. We will also move the show from the event village for children with mobility issues. This will be suitable for children in wheelchairs.

                          • At the end of November, Santas elves start prearing all the personal invitation for your children. As they are coming from the north pole, please be sure to allow plenty of time. If for whatever reason you dont receive your invitation in the post, please contact us by email at hello@auchingarrich.co.uk

                            Your booking will still be valid as per your confirmation email.

                            We will do our best to get another card sent out if there is sufficient time.

                            All children must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the animal park and Christmas Wonderland. 

                            Babes in arms are free.

                            Children are classed as 14 and under for this event.

                            The experience takes place at night and the path may be poorly lit and is uneven in places. Please take care and wear appropriate shoes.

                            Buggys or prams are not permitted.

                            The immersive experience takes place regardless of the bad weather and refunds will not be issued, although you may call the welcome desk on 01764 679 469 to change the date or time of your visit.

                            If we cancel the event due to extreme weather / high wind, you will be first offered another date. If no suitable date can be agreed we will offer a refund.

                            Everyone entering wonderland must have a valid ticket. 

                            Day admission to the Animal Park is included in the price of your Christmas Wonderland experience and is valid for a same day visit.
